Chevrolet Air Conditioning Shut-Off Kit for Chevrolet 00-13

OE design but not reworkable, same installation as the original. Our package includes 2 M8 flange nuts, 2 hex head bolts, and 2 HNBR washers. Aftermarket parts are better than others. AC Block Off parts are compatible with Chevrolet Suburban Tahoe 2000-2013.

The knobs are CNC machined from high-quality aluminum alloy. The bolts and nuts are all 304 stainless steel. The combination washers are also made in Germany. HNBR is a special sealing material used in cooling systems. It is more durable than NBR and standard rubber gaskets and significantly reduces the possibility of leaks during installation.

The fittings are mounted where the rear air conditioning cable connects.

These kits are easily installed in the engine compartment by any competent technician. No modification to the front air conditioning line is necessary. Simply disconnect the rear cable and install the kit. This allows the front air conditioning to operate without any loss of cooling from the rear line or evaporator. Therefore, there is no need to replace the rear air conditioning hose or evaporator, which is very expensive.
