Ideal for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining telephone lines and other sensitive cables. It can trace cables or wires and diagnose the location of the fault. Receives the tone signal on wired cables (telephone lines). Transmits a single continuous tone or an alternating two-tone signal to the object's wires. Compatible with all common locator tone sources. Indicates the status of the telephone line (free, ringing, busy). Save time and work safely: thanks to the tone signal, you can quickly locate your cable and avoid the risk of not knowing the exact path of the lines. Note: DO NOT connect to a live circuit. Although the locator probe can be used on live circuits, it should never touch a live wire.
