It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, the chemical industry, and the goods inspection sector. Two probes ensure high accuracy. The device is equipped with an F probe and an N probe. The F probe is used to measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (chromium, copper, zinc, varnish, rubber) on an iron or steel substrate. An N probe should be used to detect the thickness of insulating coatings, such as paint/anodizing/ceramics on aluminum/copper/brass substrates.
