Coir pots are 100% biodegradable & have high water holding capacity, as well as it promotes good drainage and aeration.

- Ideal for a variety of uses – Coir Pots can be used for growing a variety of plants both indoors and outdoors, such as in gardens, nurseries, allotments, and greenhouses
- Absorbs water well to keep plant roots moist, while at the same time, has excellent drainage to prevent plant flooding
- Allows plants to benefit from air pruning, protecting the roots
- Added texture to the soil as they degrade, and because they are 100% natural, they do not change the composition of the soil
- Our 13cm Coir Pots have a volume of approximately 1050ml
How to use:
- Dig a hole in the ground that is wide enough and deep enough to place the Coir Pot
- Fill it with Coco Peat or your favourite potting mix
- Give it plenty of water
- Sow your seeds or your plants into the Coir Pots
- If you are growing seeds during colder weather conditions, use a CoirProducts Mulch Mat to cover the pot for successful germination
- Once planted into the ground, the pot will begin to degrade in around 4-6 weeks
Or:
- Fill the Coir Pots with Coco Peat or your favourite potting mix
- Give it plenty of water
- Sow your seeds or your plants into the Coir Pots
- Place the pot wherever you like,out of the ground, Coir Pots last a few season before beginning to biodegrade
