The cold smoke generator is designed for cold smoking various foods such as salmon, sausage, duck breast, fillet, pork, chicken, cheese, and fish. Made from durable stainless steel, it features a spiral shape for slow burning without the need for an external heat source, allowing for a long burning time. The surface is covered with mesh to enhance air circulation in the sawdust, ensuring optimal smoke production.

Installation

Fill the smoker box with sawdust, ensuring the tip of the coil is visible.

Light a candle (not included) and place it in the designated spot.

If smoke appears, move the candle away or ignite the sawdust with a lighter.

Usage

Compatible with various wood pellets such as cherry, hickory, mesquite, apple, and beech.
