Description
Application: Smoker spiral, ideal for cold smoking all kinds of food such as salmon, sausages, duck breast, filet mignon, pork, chicken, cheese, fish, etc... works in most barbecues.
Design: The generator's surface is mesh-like, allowing for better air circulation in the sawdust. Its spiral shape allows for slow, flameless combustion without an external heat source, and for extended periods of use.
Use: Easy to use, simply place the smoking sawdust in the spiral and light it with a torch lighter, tea light candle, or sawdust lighter (not included).
Notes: Ensure the sawdust is level and the top of the spiral is visible.
Economical: Used with a variety of wood pellets such as Cherry, Hickory, Mesquite, Apple, Pecan, Beech and more. With just a little sawdust, it can produce hours of smoke.
