The cold smoke generator is made of stainless steel, offering durability and strength. Its spiral shape allows for slow, flameless combustion, ideal for cold smoking various foods such as salmon, sausage, duck breast, filet mignon, pork, chicken, cheese, and fish. It is easy to use and includes a cleaning brush for simplified maintenance.Technical Specifications

Installation
- Fill the smoke box with sawdust, ensuring the top of the spiral is visible.
- Light a candle (not included) and place it in position, then remove it when smoke appears.
Use
To use the generator, simply place sawdust in the spiral and light it with a lighter or tea light. With very little wood shavings, you can produce hours of smoke. It is recommended to use wood pellets such as cherry, hickory, mesquite, or apple.Other Information
- After use, clean the generator with a brush and wipe it with a cloth or a hairdryer.
- For best results, heat the sawdust in the microwave for about 2 minutes to dry it before use.
