About this item

Material: The cold smoke generator is made of stainless steel, which is durable. Also includes a cleaning brush.

How do I light a cold smoker?

1. Fill the smoking box with sawdust, provided the sawdust is level and the top of the spiral is visible;

2. Light the candle (not included) and place it in place, when you see the smoke, move the candle away! (or light with a lighter);

3. Wood chips are good for smoking for hours.

When you cannot use this smoke generator, please follow the instructions below below.

Tip:

1. You must have a very clean spool to prevent the holes from clogging. Therefore, the first thing to do is to clean the resistance under water with a brush;

2. Please use sawdust for this product and do not provide wood chips or pellets;

3. If the sawdust absorbs moisture, you will start a fire, but it will automatically go out. So warm the sawdust on a plate and put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. It dries and burns better.

Yesterday I did our first cold smoking with this device and it earns a 5 star rating: it's well made, well designed, the delivery was as promised. If there was a 6th star for how the smoked food tasted I would be clicking that star.
