The Cold Smoke Generator is designed for cold smoking a variety of foods, including salmon, sausage, duck breast, filet mignon, pork, chicken, cheese, and fish. Made from durable stainless steel, it features a spiral design that allows for slow combustion without flames or an external heat source, ensuring a long burn time.

Usage

To use, fill the spiral with sawdust and light it with a lighter, tea light, or sawdust lighter (not included).

Ensure the sawdust is level and the top of the spiral is visible before lighting.

Once smoke is visible, remove the candle or lighter.

Produces hours of smoke with minimal wood chips.

Other information

For optimal performance, keep the coil clean to prevent clogging.

Use only sawdust; avoid wood chips or pellets.

If sawdust is moist, dry it in a microwave for about 2 minutes before use.
