Instructions:
1. To achieve the best start-up and extend service life, add a small amount of lubricant to the pump inlet before use and rinse with clean water after each use.
2. Ensure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible; the hose should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 meters).
3. Operate within a temperature range of 5~49℃.
4. When pumping solidified abrasive or liquid, use a filter on the inlet line to extend pump life.
5. It is recommended to install the pump on the surface for safe operation.
6. Install and start the drill. Observe if a certain amount of liquid in the inlet pipe is drawn into the pump within 15-20 seconds. If not, check if the inlet pipe is correctly installed on the inlet pump. Do not run it dry. If the pump does not start, check the pipe for kinks or blockages. The pump's operation depends on whether the liquid is used for lubrication.
