Operating Steps:
Step 1: First, Insert the tool into the clutch disc.Make sure the clutch is oriented correctly.The tool should make contact along the entire length of the disc's splines.
Step 2: Next, place the clutch onto the flywheel and engage the alignment tool in the pilot ring or bearing at the center of the crankshaft.Push the clutch firmly against the flywheel.
Step 3: With the clutch on the flywheel, install the pressure plate on the flywheel and start the bolts.
Step 4: Wiggle the alignment tool to ensure it is fully engaged.and placed in the pilot ring and bearing.Tighten the pressure plate bolts in a crisscross pattern, then tighten them to the specifications.
Tip:
Before inserting the tool into the clutch disc, please select the appropriate adapter size to fit the pilot bearing and connect it to the expanding mandrel.
The clutch alignment tool remains in the clutch until you are ready to install the transmission.Even though the pressure area should prevent the clutch from moving, do not risk removing the tool too soon.Once the transmission is ready to be installed, remove the tool and slide the transmission into place.
