1. The operator inserts the nozzle washer into a foreign-threaded nozzle holder and transforms it into a nozzle by turning it by hand until it is firmly seated on the washer.

2. When all associated equipment is properly assembled and tested, the operator directs the nozzle to the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to begin blowing.

3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and moves it evenly at a speed that produces the desired cleanliness. Each pass should slightly overlap.

4. The operator must replace the nozzle as soon as the opening exceeds the original size by 1/16 inch.
