Features

1. COMPRESSED AIR: The pneumatic turbine vibrator requires no lubrication, uses only clean air and consumes very little compressed air, which is efficient and energy saving.
2. ADJUSTABLE FORCE: The vibration force of this vibrator is adjustable according to air pressure and provides instant start and stop, with strong vibration force.
3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: An eccentric copper counterweight is installed inside the gear. Air is injected into the air inlet, which impacts the gear to generate thrust and rotate it, thereby causing vibration.
4. WIDE APPLICATIONS: Suitable for material transportation, vibration screening, funnel vibration, packaging filling, casting sand mold vibration, etc.
5.HIGH PRECISION: Through CNC machining, the precision of the product tolerance is controlled to within 2 micrometers, which gives the pneumatic vibrator high precision.
