- 1. COMPRESSED AIR: The pneumatic turbine vibrator requires no lubrication, uses only clean air, and consumes very little compressed air, making it efficient and energy-saving.
- 2. ADJUSTABLE FORCE: The vibration force of this vibrator is adjustable according to the air pressure, allowing for instant start and stop with significant vibration force.
- 3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: An eccentric copper counterweight is installed inside the gear. Air is injected into the air inlet, impacting the gear to generate thrust and cause it to rotate, thus producing vibrations.
- 4. WIDE APPLICATIONS: Suitable for material conveying, vibratory screening, funnel vibration, packaging filling, vibrating casting sand molds, etc.
- 5. HIGH PRECISION: Thanks to CNC machining, the product's tolerance accuracy is controlled to within 2 micrometers, giving the pneumatic vibrator high precision.
