Description
The CHMC electronic touchscreen controller delivers simple installation and an intuitive interface for managing commercial fan heaters. It can control up to eight heaters individually or as a group, and can be located in a different room from the heaters. Features include a temperature sensor, eight fan speeds, eight manual heat settings, two operating modes (Manual and Temperature Control), a fan-only setting, and a 7-day timer with two heating periods per day. Wi-Fi connectivity links the CHMC to the Consort Connect app for full remote functionality, and the controller is compatible with Building Management Systems. The display shows heater temperature, fan speed, and individual and total energy usage, and an electronic lock prevents unintended changes. An optional Commercial Heater Environmental Sensor (CHES) provides occupancy and temperature sensing and a remote switch input for BMS, ON/OFF, or Boost functions.
