Use & Precautions

 
  • Operation  
    1. Install a compatible Makita B-series 18V battery (not supplied).
    2. Activate the safety lock and press the start switch.
    3. Move the tool slowly across the soil surface to loosen the soil or remove weeds.
    4. Stop the tool immediately if you encounter an obstacle to avoid damage.
     
  • Precautions  
    • Do not use this tool with Ni-Cd or G-series batteries, as they are not compatible.
    • Always wear safety shoes and safety glasses when using this tool.
    • Avoid touching the blades during or immediately after use, as they remain hot.
    • Store the tool in a dry, dust-free place.
