The cooking area measures 71 x 42 CM and includes cast-iron grill plates for temperature stability. Additionally, it features a 3.5Kw sear burner for perfect grilling marks and a 3.5Kw ring burner in the covered side tray, allowing for various cooking methods including grilling, searing, and warming with pots and pans.
