Description

General Description The CREA sandblasting gun is an air-powered sandblasting tool designed for use with both manual and automatic sandblasting machines. It is ideal for glass blasting, surface treatment, and polishing mechanical parts. Equipped with a boron carbide nozzle, this tool offers exceptional durability and superior performance compared to nozzles made of cement carbide, tungsten steel, and other similar materials. Technical Specifications Nozzle Material: Aluminum + Boron Carbide Color: Black + Silver Boron Carbide Nozzle Size: 35*20*8 mm Air Inlet Outer Diameter: 13 mm Sand Inlet Outer Diameter: 13 mm Installation Insert the nozzle seal into the threaded nozzle holder and screw the nozzle in by hand until it is securely in place. Ensure all equipment is properly assembled and tested before beginning sandblasting. Usage: Hold the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface to be cleaned. Move the nozzle smoothly to achieve the desired level of cleanliness, slightly overlapping each pass. Replace the nozzle when the orifice wears down 1/16 inch beyond its original size. Other information: The product may exhibit color variations due to different computer monitors. Minor surface wear is normal, but in case of severe scratches, please contact the seller for a replacement. Package contents: 1 x Air blasting gun, 1 x Boron carbide nozzle.
