General description

This Crimping Pliers Kit includes professional-grade crimping pliers and a set of 60 terminals, designed for effortless work on cable lugs and terminals. The tool features 6 crimping dies suitable for 10/8/6/4/2/0 gauge terminals and cables (6mm²/10mm²/16mm²/25mm²/35mm²/50mm²), allowing for versatile applications in automatic electronics work.

Installation

Step 1: Cut and strip the wire you want to crimp.

Step 2: Press the spring-loaded die on both sides, rotate the gear to the correct size for the cable, and release the spring to lock it in place.

Step 3: Select the appropriate terminal, place it in the wire, and press firmly.

Step 4: If a ridge is left, rotate the connector 90 degrees and crimp it again for a tighter connection.

Usage

The crimping pliers are designed for easy handling and portability, making them suitable for use in narrow spaces. The non-slip plastic handle with soft finger indentations ensures comfort and safety during operation.
