Voltage and Current Setting:

1, Set the output voltage:According to the float charging voltage value of the charged battery, or the voltage value of LEDs in series, regulating constant-voltage potentiometer (CV),

to set output voltage to the required voltage. (setting when no load)

2, Set the constant current value:rotate CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 circles, then connect load with the ammeter, set CC potentiometer to required current value.

Do not use the method of short circuit to directly regulate the constant current value.

Note: When setting constant current, the voltage should be higher than 1.2V, otherwise constant current function will not work.
