How to Use:
1. When replacing the oil pump, please clean away any debris such as grease residue and metal shavings. This will protect the oil pump and prevent it from failing in the long run. If debris such as residue and metal shavings are not cleaned before replacement, the oil pump will draw in oil, causing it to stop working or, in severe cases, burn out.
2. When a new oil pump is first installed, it may sometimes make noise and not deliver oil due to air trapped in the pump core. At this point, oil must be manually injected from the oil pump inlet while the unit is powered on. Simply help the air escape from the oil pump.
