Derry Bold - Polished Brass Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Straight 15mm (130mm version)

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

Bring more control to one radiator with this Derry Bold thermostatic valve set in polished & un-lacquered Polished Brass. Supplied with a matching lockshield, the straight valve uses a liquid sensor and multi-temperature control to regulate hot-water flow as the room warms and cools.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Set each room's warmth more independently: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Cut back on wasted heat once the room is comfortable: By reducing hot-water flow when the room is warm enough, the valve can help limit unnecessary heating in that space.
• Help protect the radiator when temperatures fall: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: The straight format is suited to aligned pipework and radiator connections, avoiding an unnecessary change in direction.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Get automatic temperature-responsive control: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: The modern valve shape keeps the installation looking clean and contemporary. The Polished Brass colour with a polished & un-lacquered finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Buy with longer-term reassurance: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
