Derry Traditional - Black Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Corner 15mm (130mm version)

Control radiator warmth with greater precision

Designed to combine individual radiator control with a coordinated finish, this Black Nickel Derry Traditional thermostatic valve set includes both the TRV and matching lockshield. Its corner layout suits the relevant pipe route, and the wax sensing mechanism adjusts the valve as surrounding temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Cut back on wasted heat once the room is comfortable: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: Its frost-protection function can allow some flow at very low temperatures, helping reduce the risk of water freezing in the radiator and nearby pipework.
• Finish both sides of the radiator with one set: A matching lockshield is supplied with the thermostatic valve, so the corresponding valve does not need to be bought separately.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: Where pipes emerge from the wall into a side radiator connection, the corner format helps keep the valve head tucked closer to the radiator.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: Temperature changes cause the wax sensor to expand or contract, allowing automatic control of the valve mechanism.
• Complete the radiator with a coordinated visible fitting: A traditional silhouette gives the valve set more visual character than a purely functional modern fitting. The Black Nickel colour with a polished & lacquered finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Get extra peace of mind after fitting: The 3 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product intended to remain part of the heating installation for years to come.
