Derry Traditional - Black Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Angled 15mm (130mm version)

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

Bring more control to one radiator with this Derry Traditional thermostatic valve set in matt Black. Supplied with a matching lockshield, the angled valve uses a wax sensor and multi-temperature control to regulate hot-water flow as the room warms and cools.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Fine-tune warmth one radiator at a time: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: By reducing hot-water flow when the room is warm enough, the valve can help limit unnecessary heating in that space.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Simplify the purchase with both valves supplied: The set includes the TRV and matching lockshield together, giving you both radiator valves in one coordinated purchase.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: For side-entry radiators with pipes coming up from the floor, the angled body turns the connection neatly into the radiator.
• Adjust the radiator to suit how you use the room: Multi-temperature adjustment lets the radiator be set to a more appropriate comfort level for the room.
• Get automatic temperature-responsive control: The wax sensor expands and contracts as surrounding temperature changes, operating the thermostatic mechanism automatically.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: A traditional silhouette gives the valve set more visual character than a purely functional modern fitting. The Black colour with a matt finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Buy with longer-term reassurance: A 3 years guarantee gives you longer-term reassurance beyond the initial installation.
