Derry Traditional - Chrome Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Corner 15mm (130mm version)

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

Designed to combine individual radiator control with a coordinated finish, this Chrome Derry Traditional thermostatic valve set includes both the TRV and matching lockshield. Its corner layout suits the relevant pipe route, and the wax sensing mechanism adjusts the valve as surrounding temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Set each room's warmth more independently: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Restricting flow when less heat is needed can help prevent an already-comfortable room from continuing to receive unnecessary radiator heat.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Simplify the purchase with both valves supplied: Both the thermostatic side and matching lockshield are included, simplifying the parts you need to source for the radiator.
• Make the connection work with your installation layout: For pipework coming straight from the wall to a side-entry radiator, this corner layout keeps the connection compact.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: A wax sensing element reacts to room-temperature changes and adjusts the valve mechanism without constant manual input.
• Give the radiator a more considered finishing detail: A traditional silhouette gives the valve set more visual character than a purely functional modern fitting. The polished & un-lacquered Chrome finish helps coordinate the valves with the radiator and nearby fittings.
• Get extra peace of mind after fitting: With a 3 years guarantee, the set comes with added reassurance for the years after installation.
