Genuine DeWALT replacement part, this item is sold individually. This part is pressed onto the end of the armature and secured with the 604484-00 nut in the models listed below. The pinion drives the bevel gear in the gearcase. If the pinion gear ever gets damaged, chances are that the bevel gear is also damaged.
