Description
Ideal for a wide variety of sanding applications, both stock removal and ultra-smooth finishing.  The precision engineered brushless motor delivers the power to meet the demands of the toughest applications.  A variable-speed dial provides ultimate speed control from 8,000 – 12,000 OPM for a variety of projects.  One-handed locking dust bag attaches securely to the sander to aid in dust collection or the user can attach the sander directly to a dust extractor. Low height gets you closer to the work surface for more control when sanding Rubber over-mould grip provides comfortable sanding.  Replacement 8-hole hook-and-loop sanding pad for quick, easy paper changing.  Supplied with fixed backing pad and dust bag Includes Tstak Case Bare Unit - supplied without batteries or charger.

I use this as a finishing sander to give a smooth neat finish, down to 400 grit. Gives a perfect and uniform finish ready for oiling or waxing etc. Didn’t need to do much rough/corse work as I use a belt sander for that, however I did use 60-100 grit a few times since I had the unit in hand and it worked very well. Ergonomically I love it, I have pretty big hands so not sure that makes a difference but it allowed extended use without any discomfort. Nice. Worth noting that I purchased the stak box and unit WITHOUT batteries as it was cheaper to buy the batteries separately. Very good value if you can be bothered to build up the package yourself.

Small and light with adjustable speed. The small pocket fills up with dust fairly quickly. But if you have a way to hook up the vacuum cleaner hose it reduces the dust a lot.
