Description

Product Description Diamond Drill Bits for Tiles, Stoneware, Ceramics, Marble Details Four diamond drill bits Diameter: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm Length 67mm / Grain size 10mm Practical and sturdy storage box included in delivery 1/4" diameter hexagonal arbor For drilling clean holes in glass, tiles and hard ceramic tiles, porcelain, granite, marble, quartz, limestone, fiberglass, terrazzo, stoneware, masonry and sandstone. Professional-grade diamond drill bits. Reliable and universally compatible. S&R diamond drill bits are crimped with high-quality, temperature-resistant diamond grit. This allows drilling into hard materials such as granite and marble tile. The 1/4-inch diameter hexagonal shank is suitable for screwdrivers and light-duty hammer drills such as Bosch, Hilti, Metabo, Milwaukee, and others. Heat-resistant and robust. A coolant wax filling reduces heat generation during dry drilling. For a longer lifespan, we recommend cooling the drill bits with water or another suitable coolant. Read more Designed for heavy-duty use. How to correctly use S&R diamond bits: 1.) Pre-drilling: Position the drill bit at an angle of approximately 30° until a notch is formed where the point is seated. 2.) Straighten the drill bit, increase the number of revolutions (maximum speed), and complete a rotary motion. Continue drilling at a sustained speed. 3.) Add water or a suitable coolant, or lift the drill bit occasionally to allow it to cool. CAUTION: Do not use on concrete or masonry.
