Types of diamond processing for drill bits include sintering, electroplating, or brazing. Electroplated and brazed diamonds have a surface coating and are permanently bonded to the cutting edge. If the diamond comes off, the cutting edge immediately dulls. Sintered diamond cutting edges, on the other hand, contain diamond particles from the inside out, ensuring they remain sharp for a long time. Sintered diamonds can be resharpened, while electroplated or brazed diamonds cannot.

• Always lubricate with water when drilling.
• Lower drilling pressure and increased water lubrication extend the life of the bit.
• Not suitable for concrete or for drilling depths greater than approximately 1.2 cm.

Versatile Applications:

Widely used for drilling precise holes in glass, ceramic, porcelain, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, limestone, slate, marble, aluminum oxide, and fiberglass. Not suitable for drilling tempered glass, plastic, and wood.
