Product information
Description
1. Smooth and precise, reduces cutting resistance and drilling pressure, improves sharpness and water lubrication.
2. Clean and precise holes, virtually tear-free, in minutes. The central tip allows for precise drilling. 3. The tip is galvanized, ensuring high corrosion resistance and maximum durability. Ideal for drilling stone or ceramic, significantly extending its life. 4. The diamond tip is equipped with recesses that facilitate the penetration of cooling water and ensure that chips and other particles are more easily removed from the hole. This simplifies the drilling process. 5. Suitable for working stone, ceramic tile, glass, granite, etc. Ideal for use with electric drills.
Information
Types of diamond processing for drill bits include sintering, electroplating, or brazing. Electroplated and brazed diamonds have a surface coating and are permanently bonded to the cutting edge. If the diamond comes off, the cutting edge immediately dulls. Sintered diamond cutting edges, on the other hand, contain diamond particles from the inside out, ensuring they remain sharp for a long time. Sintered diamonds can be resharpened, while electroplated or brazed diamonds cannot.
Diamond Drill Bits
Creates clean, precise holes with minimal chipping in minutes. The pilot drill ensures precise drilling.
Long Life
The white zinc coating on the bits provides good corrosion protection. Excellent for drilling holes in wood or ceramic and significantly extends the life of the bit.
Through Hole
Diamond drill bits with a through hole facilitate the flow of cooling water and the removal of drilling chips and other particles. This simplifies the drilling process.
Tips: - Start the hole diagonally, make a circular cut, and keep the bit straight.
- Always lubricate with water when drilling.
- Lower drilling pressure and increased water lubrication extend the life of the bit.
- Not suitable for concrete or for drilling depths greater than approximately 1.2 cm.
Versatile Applications:
Widely used for drilling precise holes in glass, ceramic, porcelain, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, limestone, slate, marble, aluminum oxide, and fiberglass. Not suitable for drilling tempered glass, plastic, and wood.
Slower speeds, lower drilling pressure, and increased water lubrication extend the life of the bit. Best results are achieved with an electric drill (not included).
