Diesel injector flow meter, diagnostic cylinder, fuel line test kit for common rail adapter with storage box

Instructions:
1. Remove the return line clamp from the injector.
2. Carefully pull the return line, including the plastic adapter, off the injector.
3. Select the appropriate adapter. The adapters pre-installed on the line are suitable for Bosch injectors.
4. Attach the hook of the aluminum measuring cup holder, for example, to the engine cover, and connect the hoses or measuring cylinder to the injectors. The original clamp must be reattached before it can be removed.
5. For an accurate measurement, connect a measuring cylinder or measuring cup to each injector. For example, a 6-cylinder engine should be connected to a 6-cylinder measuring cylinder or measuring cup.
6. Start the engine and let it idle.
7. Check the measuring cylinder or measuring cup; Once the engine is running, these should be filled with fuel from the common rail system.
8. Stop the engine if there is a significant difference in the fuel quantity or if the maximum fill level is reached.
9. The difference in fuel quantity between the cylinders indicates the condition of the injectors.
10. The injector is defective if one of the measuring cups contains a significantly higher quantity of fuel than the other.
11. If the difference in quantity is only slight, the diagnosis can only be made according to the manufacturer's instructions.
