Specifications:

Product Function Overview:
The unidirectional temperature controller can be set to "cooling" or "heating" mode. It uses a standard 10K NTC thermistor to control the temperature and controls the output of a unidirectional relay (NO, NC). The controlled temperature range is -45℃ to 110℃. It is widely used in various cooling and heating applications. In cooling mode, the output opens when the temperature is above (temperature control value + setpoint) and closes when the temperature reaches the temperature control value. In heating mode, the output opens when the temperature is below (temperature control value - setpoint) and closes when the temperature reaches the temperature control value. The temperature control value and backlight are adjustable. A temperature deviation correction function is also available. DIN rail mounting is used for quick and easy installation. An advanced insulated power supply design ensures stable, reliable, and continuous operation when the power supply changes between 100V and 240VADC. Main features: 10K unidirectional NTC temperature sensor input.
Unidirectional NO and NC output
Temperature display
Switching between cooling and heating modes
Compressor delay protection
Measured temperature deviation correction
Memory protection function upon power-off
br>Panel Overview
1. The indicator light illuminates when the NO relay is activated.
2. LED display window: the temperature is displayed during operation (Temperature T = Measured temperature T + Deviation T)
3. (Upright triangle) is the parameter plus adjustment button in the set state; in working mode, press and hold to check the set temperature control value.
4. (SET) adjustment button, press to start parameter setting mode and press one by one to cycle through each parameter.
5. (Inverted triangle) is the parameter minus the setting key under the defined state.
6. If no action is taken within 3 minutes of setting, the interface will automatically revert to the main interface, displaying the current temperature.
Detailed presentation of the control function:
Short name of the control function Introduction of the control function Other introduction
Correction of the displayed temperature measurement T = T measured temperature + deviation T
Temperature control output 1. In H mode, when the temperature T≥T control temperature, the NO relay is off, the output stops; when the temperature T is lower (temperature T - deviation T), the NO relay re-engages, the heating output starts; 2. In L mode, when the temperature T≤T control temperature, the NO relay is off, the output stops; when the temperature T is > (temperature T + clearance T), the NO relay re-engages, the refrigeration output starts; The opening-closing or closing-opening time of the relay output must not be shorter than the set value of Pt.User guide:
Press (SET) to start adjusting the settings, press one by one to display each setting; (upright triangle)(inverted triangle) is used to adjust the value. After setting, continuously press the (SET) button until the main interface appears.
Press (SET) repeatedly. Display: Parameter Explanation, Function Introduction and Short Name, Parameter Setting Range, Factory Setting.

Technical Parameter:
External Dimensions (mm): L 93 x W 55 x H 44
Installation Method: The controller can be installed on a standard DIN rail or a fixed surface.
Power Supply and Power Consumption: ADC (100-240) V, 2 W. Application Environment: -10℃ - 50℃. Display Mode: Three-digit LED display. Key: Press-type membrane key. Input: Output of a one-way NTC thermistor temperature sensor (10K), measuring range -50℃ to 120℃
Output:
1. One-way NO/NC relay output for refrigeration/heating
2. The output contact current capacity is 5 amps for restrictive loads and 1 amp for inductive loads. It can control a 1000W electric heater, an electric motor, or a 200W water pump. An AC contactor is required to increase the capacity for larger loads. Measurement range: -50°C - 120°C Adjustment range: Minimum limit: -45°C - controlled temperature Maximum limit: controlled temperature - 110°C Control range: -45°C - 110°C Other parameters: 1. The temperature detection cable can be connected with a general-purpose wire up to 100 meters long. 2. Setting parameters for long-term memory retention.
