OVERVIEW

The digital depth gauge measures from 0 to 25 mm with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. It features a large LCD screen and zeroing in any position, improving the accuracy of tests and measurements. Easy to read and use, it has an inch/millimeter conversion system. This gauge is ideal for measuring tread depth, brake pad wear, and brake lining wear. Place it vertically on the tire surface, insert the measuring rod into the tread, and read the displayed measurement. APPLICATION: It is recommended to take several measurements and calculate the average for an accurate reading. Replace tires when the tread depth is less than 1.6 mm. In case of rapid wear, the sipes should be replaced when their depth is less than 3 mm. In case of normal wear due to rain or snow, they should be replaced when their depth is less than 4 mm. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WARNING: Keep the device clean. Avoid oil contact with the shaft. Remove the battery if the device will not be used for an extended period. The display will flash when the battery is low. If an error message is displayed, remove the battery for 30 seconds.
