What we had delivered, wasn’t the same sofas in the images on Mano Mano. When I complained, they stated that they no longer sell that sofa, and instead they send out a ‘different variant’ of cushions (which didn’t fit). One of the sofas was scratched. Very badly made. Very uncomfortable. The delivery drivers didn’t wear masks when they came into our house. They dropped the sofa outside. The company who sold this were initially good at responding to my emails, but they got their backs up when I wanted to know when the sofas were being collected to return them. They were collected over a week ago, and I have emailed the company twice asking where my refund is, and I’ve had no reply. I can’t find their company details anywhere online either. Very disappointed, very shady company, and I would absolutely NOT recommend!
