General Description

Installation

To install the gasket:

Measure the desired length and cut with scissors or a knife.

Remove the old gasket and thoroughly clean the surface.

Glue the new cut gasket in the correct position.

Use

The gasket must be applied correctly to ensure its effectiveness. It is advisable to moisten it and apply refractory adhesive to the bottom of the gap, then allow it to dry for at least 2 hours after installation. This helps prevent smoke and heat leaks, while also reducing the appearance of stains on the fireplace glass.

Caution: The gasket begins to melt at 840°C. Do not use directly on an open fire.
