Bolt Removal Kit M6-M8 - DOR102M6M8

Dormer Bolt Removal Kits for the easy removal of broken bolts.

Each set contains:

1 x Bolt Milling Burr (P100)
1 x Bolt Centring Burr (P101)
1 x Stub Drill HSS-Co (A117)
1 x Screw Extractor (X106X)

HOW TO USE

Use a right-handed straight grinder or drill. Ensure that the bolt face mill is perpendicular to the broken bolt

Step 1: Cut the broken bolt flat with P100

Step 2: Cut a centre in the rough surface to ensure the hole is drilled centrally in the bolt using P101

Step 3: Drill a hole in the bolt for the screw extractor using A117

Step 4: Remove the bolt with the screw extractor X106X
