97 43 66 EVO Crimp System Pliers Only one tool for almost 1000 crimping applications: usable with all crimping dies and locators 97 49 XX. Specially modified system pliers: optimised for MC4EVO 2 connectors up to 10 mm². Professional standard for large photovoltaic installations. Almost parallel crimping motion. Consistently high crimping quality due to precision dies and ratchet mechanism (unlockable). Crimping pressure has been set precisely (calibrated) in the factory and can be adjusted. Optimum transmission of force due to lever action for fatigue-reduced operation. For one- and two-handed operation. The 97 43 66 EVO includes a locator for precise positioning of MC4 EVO 2. An additional locator is available for all MC4 series solar connectors (97 49 71 1). Crimping dies for applications that go beyond this range offered are available on request. Special quality chrome vanadium electric steel, oil-hardened. - Application: MC4 EVO2- Capacity in square millimetres: 4.010.0mm²- AWG: 12/ 10/ 8
