Description

General Description

The ZGQ5-100/2P dual-power automatic transfer switch is designed to ensure continuous power in the event of a power failure. It uses silver contacts to improve conductivity and durability. This device is equipped with a normally-standby open signal output port, allowing it to be connected to a signal indicator. Made of flame-retardant plastic, it offers good insulation and resistance to high temperatures, thus ensuring safety and reliability. In the event of a normal power supply failure, the backup power supply activates immediately, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Installation

Place the switch on the debugging platform and connect the power lines in the phase sequence Correct.
The phase and neutral lines must be correctly connected.
For debugging, connect the common and spare neutral wires to the neutral terminals (NN and RN).
Set the switch to operate in auto-rotate and auto-reset mode.

Operation

If the voltage of both power supplies is normal, place the switch in the common power supply position.
In case of a phase failure, the switch should automatically switch to the backup power supply.
When the normal power supply returns, the switch should return to the normal power supply.
Adjust the voltage of any phase to the predetermined undervoltage value to activate the backup power supply.
