Mixing Nozzles: Each pack contains 20 units, designed for use with 200 ml and 400 ml dual-cartridge mixing heads.

Made from high-quality plastic, these nozzles incorporate internal dynamic spiral mixing elements. As the adhesive flows from the two-component (A/B) cartridges into the mixing tube, it undergoes a continuous shearing and recombination process inside the tube, ensuring a homogeneous mix. This design allows for the efficient mixing of a wide variety of two-component adhesives and sealants.

Say goodbye to the tedious task of manual mixing! Robust and durable, these mixing nozzles are designed to be completely leak-proof and ensure uniform mixing; they are therefore particularly suitable for use with 1:1 ratio "Golden Adhesives."

Not only do they save labor and minimize material waste, but they also significantly increase production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Important note: After use, residual adhesive remains inside the mixing tube and hardens in approximately 30 minutes. If work must continue, the used mixing tube must be replaced with a new one; this product is therefore classified as a single-use consumable.
