Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt is a water-based, washable matt emulsion for interior walls and ceilings, made with premium pigments and finished with a soft, non-reflective velvet matt. This 125ml tester pot lets you put Rope Ladder on the wall and live with it before committing to a full tin.
