General Description

This control unit is an OBD2 activator/deactivator for Bosch EDC15 (diesel) and ME7 (petrol). It allows the vehicle to be used without a transponder key and is a practical solution for VW, Audi, Seat, and Skoda models from 1999 onwards. Technical specifications: Control: Bosch EDC15 (diesel) and ME7 (petrol). Compatibility: VW, Audi, Seat, and Skoda models from 1999 onwards. Activation time: 20 to 30 seconds. Compatibility and accessories: Compatible models: Audi A2/A3/A4/A6, Seat Cordoba/Ibiza/Toledo, Skoda Octavia (I and II), Skoda Scout, Skoda Roomster, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Superb (up to 2008), Porsche Cayenne (predecessor model), VW Golf IV/Bora (from 2000), VW Polo (from 2009), VW Caddy (from 2000), VW EOS/Tiguan, VW Passat 3BG (up to 2004, except 2.5 V6), VW T4 (from 2000), VW Beetle. Not compatible with 1.8T and 2.0TFSi engines, as well as Patrol 1.4 and 1.6 engines.

Installation

• To activate, switch the control unit to "On".

• Allows operation of the vehicle without a transponder key.
