Installation

Before operating, check the power cord connection and wear insulated gloves (not included).

If the vibrator does not produce vibration, gently knock the end of the vibrating rod to the ground until it produces a smooth sound.

Insert the vibrating rod vertically or at an angle into the concrete for effective operation.

Ensure the vibrating rod is not bent more than 60° during use.

Usage

Use the vibrator to remove air bubbles and improve the density of the concrete.

After continuous use for half an hour, allow the machine to rest to prevent overheating.

Regularly check the threaded connection of the rod head to ensure it is secure and prevent mortar water from entering.
