  • Before operating, check the power cord connection and wear insulated gloves (not included).
  • If the vibrator does not produce vibration, gently knock the end of the vibrating rod to the ground until it produces a smooth sound.
  • Insert the vibrating rod vertically or at an angle into the concrete for effective operation.
  • Ensure the vibrating rod is not bent more than 60° during use.
  • Usage

  • Use the vibrator to remove air bubbles and improve the density of the concrete.
  • After continuous use for half an hour, allow the machine to rest to prevent overheating.
  • Regularly check the threaded connection of the rod head to ensure it is secure and prevent mortar water from entering.
