How to Use:

1. For first-time use, follow the product instructions, run the empty container for 30 seconds, then press the stop button. The system will then automatically cool down for 3 minutes. 2. Remove the roasting basket, add 250-300g of coffee beans, then replace the basket. Connect the power, turn on the switch, and select the roasting setting. 3. After selecting the roasting setting with "+" and "-", press the START/STOP button. After hearing 3 to 4 distinct pops, press the clock button to switch to automatic roasting. 4. When the machine is in automatic mode, the clock indicator light will illuminate, and there will be a 3-5 minute cooling period after roasting is complete. Turn off the power and the roasting process is complete.

Note:

1. When roasting coffee beans, open a window or window cover and do not operate in a room with a smoke alarm. 2. For consistent and repeatable results, the roasting process should be carried out in the same location and with the same quantity of coffee beans. 3. If anything disappears during the roasting process, do not unplug the power supply. The START/STOP button must be pressed; the machine will not stop operating immediately, but will enter a 3-5 minute cooling phase and will circulate cool air into the roasting basket. The roasted coffee beans taste best after 6 hours, and the flavor is more stable after 3-7 days.
