This ZVD turbo wastegate actuator is a replacement part for Fabia 1.2 TDI models from June 2010 onwards and Seat Ibiza V 1.2 TDI models from April 2010 onwards. It improves engine efficiency by optimizing intake manifold pressure, thus contributing to lower fuel consumption and increased performance.

Application

The actuator keeps the guide vanes closed at low engine speeds and low loads and opens them as boost pressure increases. This allows exhaust gases to flow through the wastegate wheel and improves turbo performance.
