Operation

To use the tester, press the power button to turn it on. You can lock the displayed value by pressing "HOLD" and change the temperature unit by holding down the "HOLD" button. To switch between the different functions, use the "MODE" button. After each measurement, it is recommended to rinse the probe with distilled or pure water for 5 to 10 seconds and dry it before measuring a new solution. Other information: Automatic calibration, automatic shut-off. Do not use to measure concentrated acid or alkali solutions. The sensitive bulbs are fragile; avoid contact with hard objects. Do not test solutions at temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius. For accurate calibration, follow the calibration sequence: pH 4.00, pH 6.86, pH 9.18.
