Compatibility: The G52 emergency valve is compatible with Zodiac Polaris pool cleaners 180, 380, 280, 480 PRO, 3900 Sport, Vac-Sweep 380, Vac-Sweep 280, and 280 TankTrax. Improved Version: Compared to the previous model, the housing material has been improved. It is made of a crack-resistant polymer blend, making it more wear-resistant, less prone to damage, and offering twice the lifespan. Troubleshooting: We have analyzed common problems and implemented improvements. If the following issues occur: the valve is stuck in the reverse position, water is continuously leaking, it is not working, or there is a risk of explosion, there may be gearbox damage. If the gearbox is displaced, please open the housing, check if the outer gear of the G53 is displaced, and repair it if necessary. The G53 gearbox mechanism is made of wear-resistant and durable POM material. The unit can operate continuously under extremely high water pressure. Too much sand can cause the gearbox to jam. In this case, the grinding wheel must be removed to clear the sand and continue working. Note: As mentioned in customer reviews, continuous spraying with water caused the Polaris tool to float because the local water pressure exceeded the maximum permissible pressure. We have resolved this issue.
