ER20 8mm spring-loaded collet chuck, for CNC engraving machines, turning and milling tools

Description:

This ER collet is used for CNC milling tools and workpiece clamping machines.

The collet must be inserted into the collet nut before being inserted into the chuck.

Assembly and Disassembly Instructions: Insert the collet into the nut, turn it slightly, and wait until the nut's eccentric engages in the retaining ring groove. Press the collet evenly into the nut.

Mount the collet and nut together onto the chuck body or machine tool spindle. Insert the engraving tool into the collet bore. Tighten the nut with a wrench until the engraving tool is securely fixed.

To change the engraving tool, loosen the nut with a wrench to remove the chuck and engraving tool. Use the engraving tool to push out the clamp and replace it with a clamp of a different size if necessary.
