This is a high-quality, one-part polyurethane sealant suitable for various building applications. It is ideal for sealing expansion and dilation joints, perimeter pointing frames, and panels. It provides a durable, flexible seal that adheres to many common building materials, including concrete, masonry, stone, wood, PVCu, and metal. Once cured, it can be painted over.
