Description

• This is a two-part instant adhesive system consisting of a cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator. It is designed for quick bonding in various applications, especially in furniture, timber, kitchen, plastics, and industrial settings. It provides fast, strong bonds on a variety of materials including MDF, wood, chipboard, rubber, plastics, Perspex, uPVC, ceramics, aluminium, and metals. It is ideal for mitre joints, trims, picture frames, skirting, architrave joints, worktop end strips, and production line assembly such as electronics and window trims.

Installation

• Apply the aerosol activator to the surfaces to be bonded
• Apply the cyanoacrylate adhesive to one surface
• Press the parts together; bonds will set within 10 seconds on most surfaces
• For gaps up to 0.2mm, the adhesive can fill small voids

Usage

• Suitable for bonding mitre joints, trims, picture frames, skirting, architrave joints, and worktop end strips
• Particularly useful in production lines such as electronics assembly and window trim bonding
• Use in applications requiring quick, strong, and gap-filling bonds
