General description

Mitre Fast Bonding Kit is a two-part instant adhesive system comprising a cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator. It is designed for quick bonding in various industries, including furniture, timber, kitchen, and plastics. The product significantly reduces assembly times for mitre joints compared to traditional adhesives and is suitable for bonding materials such as MDF, rubber, PVCu, and metals.

Installation

Store in original unopened containers between 4°C and 25°C

Reseal immediately after use and protect from sources of ignition

Usage

Spray one surface with the activator, then apply adhesive to the other surface

Press surfaces together and hold for approximately 10 seconds for a strong bond

Ideal for bonding mitre joints, trims, picture frames, skirting, architraves, worktop end strips, PVCu trims, and more

Bonding occurs within 10 seconds, providing a quick and efficient assembly process

Other information

High viscosity adhesive fills small gaps (up to 0.2mm) and offers greater bond strength on porous surfaces

Economical in use, requiring only a small amount for effective bonding
