Published on 05/12/2024, United KingdomI have not yet used the bath mats. They look good, but time will tell. I had loads of trouble with the delivery: it did not arrive when it was due. I did some research which revealed very interesting info from government company house. I was ready to request a refund, when I got an email from the seller saying that it was going to be delivered by express the next day by Evri. Tracking the parcel it showed that it was delivered to me by Simon. I found out that there is no Evri courier by that name for this area. So back to research for me. Then I had an email from the seller saying that yodel would deliver by express delivery the next day. I tracked it and the system for stuck showing the courier 2 miles away. My husband drove to where the courier was supposed to be "stuck" but no yodel courier was to be found . The next day, another email said yodel would deliver. At last, they did, but many hours after the 2 hr time slot. I got my parcel several weeks later and loads of hastles later.
